DEVELOPMENT

It was a few years ago when I was introduced to a new tennis partner. He was in his 50’s, but he was incredibly fit and he smashed every ball coming his way. Inspired by his fitness, I asked what his secret was. He told me that he does 100 push ups every weekday’s morning. The only negative thing, he told me, was that doing many push ups and playing lots of tennis together hurt his wrists. The idea of a new push-up bar that would not hurt the wrists sprung up in my mind.

It took us a few months and many iterations before we finally came up with the Legend Pushup. It has helped tens of thousands of people stay fit and happy.
